Running costs are much lower and there are no worries usually associated with looking after a large garden and a swimming pool which normally come with farmhouse type properties.

These types of properties easily lend themselves to being let for holiday homes and also so more long term lettings to both local people and also people from abroad needing a base whilst restoring a property they have bought.
